1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Devance Software website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Devance Software provides custom software development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements between Devance and each client.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in the software and deliverables created by Devance will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Devance retains the right to use general knowledge and techniques gained during a project.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

Devance Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
